YES ! I take great care when sending your original artwork. It will be professionally packed for the protection of your purchase.

What is your return policy?

I want you to absolutely love your original Nadine Senbergs artwork. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied, I offer a returns policy under the following conditions:

Returns Eligibility

Returns are accepted within 30 days of the delivery date.

To be eligible for a return:

• The artwork must be in original, unused condition

• The item must be returned in its original packaging, including all protective materials

• Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) must be provided

• The item must not be damaged, altered, or handled in a way that affects its resale value

Return Process

• All return requests must be submitted in writing via email prior to returning the item

• Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted

• You are responsible for all return shipping costs, including insurance and tracking

• I strongly recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service, as I am not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit

Inspection & Approval
Once your return is received, it will be carefully inspected. I reserve the right to:

• Determine the return is ineligible if the item is not in its original condition

• Deduct a restocking or handling fee if applicable

• Request additional information if fraud or misuse is suspected

Refunds
If your return is approved:

• A refund will be issued to your original method of payment only

• Refunds will be processed within 30 days of approval

To protect against fraudulent claims:

• All artworks are documented and photographed prior to dispatch

• Serialisation, authentication records, and condition reports may be used to verify returns

• Any discrepancies, damage, or evidence of tampering may result in the return being rejected
